Building Surveys

Planning and Building control application approval for both commercial and domestic properties, steel calculations and sap calculations.

Designs and conversions drawings and plans for restaurants, takeaways, bakeries, shops, offices and engineering works, doctors’ surgeries, dental practices, catteries, stables, MOT, garages, industrial units, car washes, listed buildings and conservation areas (with gained consent), HMOs, flats, apartments, hotels, health centres and advertisement displays.Pubs to Residential.

Technical details

All drawings are completed on Auto CAD, and all submissions to local authorities are now carried out electronically.

We can create either A1 drawings or A3, it’s your choice. The client will receive hardcopies and email copies as required.

We also run a Recommended a Builder scheme, where we use our previous experience to recommend builders within your own area (subject to availability).
